Hip Hop Instrumentals.....

I am a huge fan of groove heavy hip hop or trip hop instrumentals and here is one of my favourites... 40 Winks - City Dweller.

Reggae Larkin

Today I finally got the PBS App for my I Phone (thanks Nick G for the TIP) and after listening to Jessie I with his Babylon Burning show I thought I would share 5 of my favourite Reggae / Dub tracks that I love to play.

Here they are in no particular order:

1) Junior Murvin & Welton Irie - Cool Out son 2) Horace Andy - Musical Episode 3) Prince Far I - Final Chapter 4) Janet Kay - Silly Games 5) The Soul Vendors - Dub It Easy

KERRI CHANDLER 70 MINUTE, LIVE ‘BOILER ROOM’ MIX

Thought I would share this epic Deep House Set by Kerri Chandler

Special guest Micky D

This Saturday, 05.05.12, we have a very special guest coming to lay down some records for your listening pleasure. Mick has an extensive record collection that suits every aspect of the Sonic Expedition. I'll be warming things up from 9 and Mick will be selecting the grooves from 10.30. Guaranteed to be groove heavy and funky. Come down and enjoy the food and music. : ) T-Dub
